In the case we were contracted to fully refurbish this mid terraced period property. The key features include, a loft conversion to create a new bedroom, with French doors that open to a Juliet balcony; lowered ceilings to create more headroom; a new first floor bathroom; and the staircase has been moved to the opposite wall as well as remodelled.
